But anyways: here it is!!
Vegan Pumpkin Ice Cream
- One 13.5 oz can coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened canned pumpkin puree (just one 15 oz can)
- 1 cup (200g) sugar
- 1/2 cup (110g) packed dark brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
And then all you have to do is put it into your ice cream machine and freeze it according to your machines directions!
Sorry that this requires a lot of things that i feel like some of you dont have whoops ok I think tomorrow i'll experiment with trying to make one that doesn't require an ice cream maker but we'll see and ill keep you updated
